AN AI-NATIVE VENTURE STUDIO

The most de-risked way to start a company.

Come in as an entrepreneur in residence. We pay you a salary while you find the right bet. Our team builds with you. When the company is ready, the studio invests ₹2.5 crore into the company, and you walk out as the founder.

THE DEAL

Founder upside.None of the founder bleed.

Most first-time founders burn through savings on false starts. They reinvent playbooks. They watch a co-founder bail. They chase capital, get told to come back with traction, come back with traction, and get told they've picked the wrong kind of company. You skip all of it.

A SALARY, END TO END
18L
per year · ₹1.5L / month

Paid monthly. From day one through ideation, prototypes, MVP, and the first paying customers. This phase takes up to a year. We pay you through every month of it.

A TEAM IN THE ROOM
+team
engineers · operators · founders

Engineers, operators, and founders who've taken companies from zero to one before. On the floor from the first customer call. Not advisors — co-builders. You ship faster than founders outside the studio ever could.

INVESTMENT AT TRANSITION
2.5Cr
into your company · ready when you are

While founders outside the studio spend six months chasing investors, we have the capital ready the moment your conviction is. That's when you stop being an EIR and start being a founder.

A DOMAIN-EXPERT CO-FOUNDER
+1
for the long run

A partner who knows the industry inside out — the customers, the workflows, the politics. They join when we invest, so day one of the company isn't day one of your education.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

Three acts. Roughly a year.

act-one/figure-out-what-to-build~4 months

Figure out what to build.

Three ways you might land on the bet. You pick one we've already pressure-tested. You walk in with a thesis of your own and we sharpen it together. Or we figure out a new one with you — pulling on threads, surfacing problems. Then we stress-test what you've chosen: customer interviews, technical feasibility, competitor work. The question we're answering is whether the problem is real enough to bet a year on.

act-two/build-and-sell~6 months

Build it and find customers.

First, a working prototype with a customer who's signed up to use it. Then a full MVP in twenty days. Then ninety days of finding more customers and learning what works. Build the MVP with our engineers. Lean on the growth and sales team when you need leads. Walk into customer pitches with a studio founder next to you. We're looking for a clear signal that this is a company worth running.

You stop being an entrepreneur in residence. You start being a founder. The studio invests ₹2.5 crore, the domain-expert co-founder joins, and the company is yours. We keep a seat on the board. You run it.

THE TEAM, PART 1: THE HUMANS

Three founders, a build crew, and an operator bench.

Between the three founders: multiple companies started across several industries, two of them acquired, angel cheques into a handful more, and a decade of AI products shipped to real users. Full profiles on the team page →

The founders

In the room from day one.

Three operators with multiple companies behind them — two acquired — angel cheques into a handful more, and a decade of AI products shipped to real users. Not advisors. Co-builders.

The crew

Engineers and operators in the studio.

Engineers who build AI-native by default — shipping with you from prototype through MVP. Growth and sales operators who've sold before — on the floor with you when you're hunting the first ten customers.

The network

Investors, experts, customers we open to you.

The investors who back companies at your stage. Domain experts you need to be talking to. Customers ready for the conversation. Nobody on this list is an advisor. Everyone is in the room.

THE TEAM, PART 2: THE AGENTS

Four teammates that don't go home.

Not tools we use — roles on the team. Each one has a job, a working pattern, and a seat at the table. Scout finds the opening. Brief remembers everything you've heard. Sketch ships the prototype. Pitch books the next meeting.
